What do we look for in a Hair Stylist….
At ELK we initially screen for a high level of experience, with proven ability in the forms of a portfolio or a professional Instagram page showcasing your range of work. Secondly we will look for someone who exudes passion, creativity, positivity, an ambitious nature and ultra high levels of customer service.

Requirements for this role….
All applicants must be fully trained with a Hairdressing NVQ Level 2 and above qualification or the equivalent. A minimum of 3 years running a full time column in all forms of cutting and colouring services for female and male clientele is essential to cater to all guest requirements. Additional services offered are a great bonus, though not essential ( Brazilian Keratin Blow-Drying, Hair-up, Perming, Hair Extensions etc ). A professional Instagram page showcasing your work is ideal for our clientele to view your body of work.
Beauty Therapist / Nail Technician

At ELK we initially screen for a high level of experience, with proven ability in the forms of a portfolio or a professional Instagram page showcasing your range of work. Secondly we will look for someone who exudes passion, creativity, positivity, an ambitious nature and ultra high levels of customer service.

Requirements for this role….
All applicants must be fully trained with a Beauty Therapy NVQ Level 2 and above qualification or the equivalent recognised by NARIC . A minimum of 3 years running a full time column for all Waxing services including intimate, Manicure, Pedicure, Gel polish, Nail Art, Gel/Acrylic nail extensions, Facials, massaging and Lash & Brow tinting. Specialist services such as threading and Lash Extensions are ideal but not essential.
