All new customers must have a patch test 24 hrs before any colour service.
You can move or cancel your appointment up to 24 hours before your appointment time. If you cancel after this time or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your appointment.
Before appointments, we ask that all new clients complete a health & allergy form before ANY hair colour or body treatments take place.
