Although hailing from Lithuania, Elvinas is part of the local fabric of the community in Belsize Park & Primrose Hill having more than ten years experience in the area.


Moving to London 14 years ago, Elvinas started his hairdressing in the West End and quickly fell in love with the luxury offer the salons he worked at were catering for their clients. This is where Elk was born.



Elks are synonymous with community so the name felt like it perfectly fit with the culture Elvinas hoped to offer in his salon. Spotting a gap in the local community to offer West End level luxury and services, Elvinas wanted to create a five star salon which still had the sense of locality and familiarity he loved about the area.



A Balayage specialist, Elvinas has a wealth of experience in tailoring his colouring techniques to the individual needs of his clients, always providing a well thought through bespoke colour that feels luxurious, yet manageable & natural for his clients to maintain at home.

With 7 years experience in the hair industry, Silja brings her finnish background mixed with years of living in Berlin & London flair, to her work style. She loves to create beautiful balayage, soft natural looks and short structured hair cuts.

Hailing from Poland, Anna is an experienced stylist with 10 years experience working internationally. She has honed her skills and techniques over the years to create beautiful hairstyles that perfectly match her clients’ styles and personalities
