PLEASE NOTE:

All new colour guests will be required to attend a patch test at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

All prices may be subject to change after individual client consultations
based on hair length/thickness & stylist time required.

Please note: All colour services must be booked with a finishing service – choose from Haircut & Finish, Blow Dry, or Rough Dry.

Things to bare in mind when placing a booking for any hair services:

All new guests to hair colouring services will kindly be asked to attend the salon for a patch testing service no later than 48 hours prior to your appointment. We suggest booking this time for a quick complimentary consultation so we can get to know your needs and requirements for your hair and give more accurate timings where needed and quotation of services.

The majority of Balayage and Highlighting services will require an additional toning service. Please bare this in mind when placing an appointment. Toning services are usually needed when raw lifting by bleach occurs and you need to remove unwanted tones and then deposit the tone of  the required shade. It may also be needed if you express to your stylist your hair is excessively warm and goes very yellow/orange after a matter of weeks of your colour being done.

If you have excessively long and/or thick hair that normally requires extra time, please drop us a call or email and let us know so we can extend times where needed. If your stylist is not made aware we may need to alter the service to reflect the timing or re-book the appointment where sufficient time will be available. Please note excessively long and thick hair may incur an extra charge for time needed and excessive product used.

Things to bare in mind when placing a booking for any beauty services:

If you currently have gel polish on your nails, an additional removal service will be require along side your nail appointment. (For returning guests who are removing Shellac and re-applying, your removal will be complimentary).

Beauty service rely heavily on specific timings. If you are likely to be late, please kindly call ahead to let the reception team know and they may have to adapt your service, move to a slightly later time if available or re-arrange depending on the service booked and your specific requirements. Please also be aware due to these specific timings, some services may be hard to accommodate if you change your mind on the treatment type. Though we will always try our best to make this work for you with the time we have.

Patch testing for lash lifting and lash and brow tints will be required no later than 24 hours prior to your appointment.
